The Vineyard is a very spacious modern house sleeping 13 with a heated outdoor pool and in a very private setting within 32 acres of vines and pasture facing south towards the sea.
The Vineyard is designed so groups can enjoy eating and relaxing all together, with a very large open plan kitchen and living room, and dining areas inside or al fresco by the pool. With 7 bedrooms, 10 beds, plus space for daybeds, and a second living room, it is easy to give your guests their own space.
Not overlooked it is a very private setting with incredible sea views over Whitsand Bay and Seaton Beach whether from the house or walking around the vineyard and land. The coast path is a short walk away as is popular Seaton beach.
The scenery from the property is spectacular and it is a great place for walks and dogs are welcome.There are plenty of activities and places of interest nearby for everyone.
Good restaurants and pubs nearby include the Smugglers, Waves, the Blue Plate and the Inn on the Shore at Downderry, both very popular, or a short drive takes you to the busy fishing village of Looe, or head east along the beautiful coast road for big views, whites sand beaches, lovely cafes and villages and Mount Edgecombe country house and park where a ferry will take you to the historical city of Plymouth,
