The ground floor has marble floors throughout and has great socialising spaces, including a huge open plan family room with TV. The designer kitchen is decorated and equipped to a very high standard, and there's a separate utility room too. The spacious dining room seats 13. Full length glass doors lead from the family room to a huge decked area with a private outdoor heated swimming pool, barbecue and outdoor dining and a seating area. Dogs are welcome and there is parking for up to 8 cars.
